What’s Happening this Week in Telluride | July 10 - 16

Sunshine, sunshine, and more sunshine! Wildflowers are starting to pop off in the high country, the San Miguel is fishing (and floating!) well, and we're just here for the great summertime vibes. 

If you're into food and wine, this is a great week for you in town! Telluride Tablelaunches this weekend with a variety of different classes and tastings at some amazing locations, The National is hosting a collab dinner with PlumpJack Winery on Thursday, and a free wine tasting at the Mountain Village Wine Merchant on Wednesday and Peaks Pours on Tuesday at The Peaks Resort & Spa. 

There is also music aplenty for those who are ready to throw on some dancing shoes. The fun kicks off with Zepparella at the Sunset Concert Series tonight (The Rumble Featuring Big Chief Joseph Boudreaux Jr. next week), Gold Kingson Thursday at the Sheridan old bar, and Brendan James will be performing at Music on the Green on Friday. Plus don't miss Apres Nova at The View at Mountain Lodge, Geoff Alexander at the Telluride Farmers' Market and Wild Rumours (Fleetwood Mac cover band!) at the Sheridan Opera House on Friday as well. 

Other noteworthy events include the San Juan Stories Book Club (this month is Tomboy Bride) on Monday, Mind Blown on Friday and Saturday, Movies Under the Stars (this week is "Dog Man") on Saturday, Trout-A-Palooza on Tuesday at the Sheridan Opera House, and Town Talks next Tuesday at the Telluride Conference Center. Plus, be sure to cheer on the racers in the Hardrock 100 as they pass through, and shop local at the Telluride Farmers' Market on Fridays and the Market on the Plaza on Wednesdays.
